One million Micro Bits are being sent throughout schools in the UK to 11 and 12 year-old children. The program is designed to help students learn code – they are appreciably different than a Pi as they aren’t designed to be connected to a screen or keyboard on their own. They have sensors and LEDs and are accessed via Web interface.
