Every day a part of the school day is set
aside for all the students to clean their school. All the
children know their job and do it well. These two boys are
cleaning the bathroom with stiff brushes.

These girls are also cleaning a bathroom.
Notice that they are wearing boots that are used only for
this important job.

All the floors and all the stairs are wiped
down. There are no carpets to be vacuumed. The floors in
this school are very beautiful.

These girls are working together and having
fun. Cleaning is done to keep the school neat, of course,
but it's also done simply because it's the right thing to
do.

gets it done!

Desks are moved to one side of the room and
the other side of the floor is cleaned. Then all the desks
are moved to the other side and they do it again!

This girl is using a machine that cleans the
chalkboard erasers. This keeps dust out of the room and
prevents chalk stains on the walls.
