For our theme we asked Tetsuji Kinugawa of Kobe, Japan, to come in and speak with our class.We had a long question and answer period and he visited while we did some projects.
On Friday, November 13, we went to the Boston Children's Museum to see the Japanese House and Teen Tokyo Exhibit. School groups are given special presentations.
Over seven weeks we did various projects. Some of the ideas for our projects came from the Five College Center for East Asian Studies.
